Winter Ridge Condos

New Board: There should be a new board and that is good news for the community. We want the whole community to come together to make Winter Ridge Condos a better place to live.

Committees: One of the priorities will be to create a couple new committees made of up people from the community.

First, a rules committee, made of up 5-7 people who can review the current rules and look to improve them. This means to reduce them. They used to be 4-5 pages and now they are up to 8 pages. Let's make them CLEAR and SENSIBLE.

Second, we need a committee for volunteer work in the community. We need to clean the trash up from the retention ponds as well as help some neighbors with clean up of things like gutters, weeds and perhaps powerwashing. This committee would not be a formal one but perhaps just a 1x per month meetup.

Third, we believe that many owners have been fined for things that are made-up, petty, or may have been personal & targeted. If you believe that you were the recipient of a fine that you think was excessive, unfair, or unwarranted, we'd like to review it. Submit a 'review' request will all the info and perhaps there is an opportunity for a refund or rebate.
